Though recently built, this condo didn’t reflect the clean, modern aesthetic the clients were seeking. We replaced ornate arches and traditional details with streamlined forms and a serene palette. Rift-sawn white oak floors set a minimalist tone, while a steel-clad fireplace and sleek back-painted glass backsplash brought in contemporary warmth and reflected the home’s park-facing views. The result is a refined, calming space that feels both fresh and timeless.
